Keith E. Stormes
Executive Director
Keith assumed the leadership of LifeSpan Resources, Inc. in 2007.  For ten years prior to that he was Executive Director of St. Elizabeth – Catholic Charities and before that he was Plant Manager for Porter Paint Co.  Keith is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. 
Earlene Bennett
As the Executive Assistant, Earlene provides clerical support for the Executive Director, Board & Advisory Council. She spearheads the development of the agency’s annual Area Plan including an area-wide Needs Assessment survey every 4th year.  Earlene maintains agency manuals and coordinates the Senior Citizens Angel Tree project and assists with the Senior Games. Earlene is responsible for the telephone/voice mail systems and volunteer recruitment and utilization.
Dick Joslin

As the Transportation Manager, Dick oversees the operations of the Transportation Department in the four counties we serve. This includes client deviated fixed route and on-demand services, resource management and vehicle procurement.
Vickie Medlock
As the Deputy Director, Vickie is responsible for provider recruitment/ enrollment, contract utilization, quality assurance, and budget coordination. She supervises staff involved in Care Management, Information and Assistance, Family Caregiver, Pre-Admission Screening and Ombudsman programs. Vickie serves as the agency’s HIPAA privacy officer.
Leslie Meek
As the Finance Director Leslie is responsible for all aspects of the Fiscal management of the agency.  She also has the responsibility of obtaining and coordinating all agency and employee insurance as well as responsibility for Human Resources Administration.   
Sheila Modica
As the Nutrition/Senior Centers Director, Sheila is responsible for operations of 12 multipurpose nutrition centers providing congregate meals, as well as Meals on Wheels deliveries.   She is also responsible for the Healthy Living Program and volunteer recruitment and training for all of the programs under her supervision.
Julie Taylor Wilson
As the Development Director, Julie is responsible for grant writing/reporting, fundraising, marketing and publicity. She also publishes the agency newsletter and the Annual Report as well as helps coordinate the Senior Games and Horseshoe Chili Cook Off.
