LifeSpan Resources is committed to providing services to the elderly and persons with disabilities in our community. It is through an extensive array of programs that we are able to help these individuals remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible. However, none of these services would be possible without staff to provide them. LifeSpan is proud of the level of commitment, professionalism and compassion our staff gives to our client’s day in and day out.

As many people are aware of the services we provide, we would like to take this opportunity to showcase one of our staff members who makes these services possible. Without further ado, we are proud to introduce you to Carol Vance.

Carol has been with LifeSpan Resources for 7 years. She began as a Care Manager and is now one of two Care Management Team Leaders. Carol enjoys the challenges of helping to lead a team, especially a team as talented and compassionate as the LifeSpan Care Managers. According to Carol, “As Care Managers, our most rewarding endeavor is to know and see how we help those in need.”

Carol moved to Southern Indiana seven years ago from the Terre Haute area. She now lives in Georgetown with her husband, Mike and dog, Rio.  Carol just recently entered a new stage in life… proud Grandma.

Carol graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Social Work and a Masters in Agency Counseling. Before bringing her incredible talents to our agency, she worked in an array of places including an acute care hospital and nursing facility.
