To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the above-mentioned Public Law, this is to advise you that the meetings of the Board of Directors of Lifespan Resources, Inc. are held on the 2nd Monday of each month. The meetings are held in the Board Room, 33 State Street, 3rd Floor, New Albany, Indiana. Meetings are scheduled for 11:45 A.M.
The Area Advisory Council meetings are held the 3rd Monday of every other month starting in February. The meetings are held in the Board Room, 33 State Street, 3rd Floor, New Albany, Indiana. Meetings are scheduled for 11:45 A.M. Note: Due to a Holiday on February 20, the meeting will be held on February 27 and the Advisory Council will meet jointly with the Board of Directors on December 10, 2012.
