To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the above-mentioned Public Law, this is to advise you that the meetings of the
Board of Directors of Lifespan Resources, Inc., are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
The meetings are held in the Conference Room, 426 Bank St., Ste. 100, New Albany, Indiana. Meetings are scheduled for 11:45 A.M.
The Area Advisory Council meetings are held the 3rd Friday of every other month starting in February. The meetings are held in the Conference Room, 426 Bank St., Ste. 100, New Albany, Indiana. Meetings are scheduled for 11:45 A.M. Note: The Advisory Council will meet jointly with the Board of Directors on December 8, 2008.
